What numbing cream do you use?

For all filler and SPMU treatments we use lidocaine. Whilst it does not numb you 100%, it does numb you more than enough to avoid discomfort.

I can’t make my appointment. What happens with my deposit?

All deposits are non-refundable however appointments can be changed with 1 weeks notice.

How old do you have to be to have fillers and semi permanent makeup?

Anyone have fillers and/or SPMU (including freckles) must be 18 or over. We do enforce challenge 25 whereby anyone who does not look older than 25 will be asked for valid ID. We reserve the right to not perform procedures on clients under 18.

Can I bring my children?

Unfortunately - as much as we love little ones - due to the nature of the business we are not insured
to allow children on the premises. We apologies in advance for the inconvenience.

How long after fillers and/or SPMU can I use a sunbed, sunbathe, go to the gym or fly?

We always advise to wait 48 hours before doing any of the above, in order to allow the filler to settle and let any swelling go down. Sunlight and UV can have a negative impact on fillers as the rays can damage the structure of the skin.
